A working delegation of Hiep Hoa district learns farming experience in Japan

Thanks to introduction of the provincial Department of Foreign Affairs, the working delegation of Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province headed by Nguyen Huu Chinh, Vice Chairman of the district’s People’s Council visited and learned experience at Gifu Prefectural Agricultural Technology Center, Japan (the Center) on 12 November.
